Every feature is free for everyone — Events, Groups, Friends, Stays, messaging. The free tier has two soft caps: 5 new chats to non-friends per day, and one active group at a time. Chats with friends and all replies are always unlimited. HUK Unlimited removes the caps. No ads in either tier. And Stays is a notice board, not a booking site — HUK never handles money or bookings; people arrange the details together. Free messaging is written into our Terms.

Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Open Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your iPhone, tap HUK Unlimited, then Cancel. Do it at least 24 hours before the current period ends to avoid the next renewal. Cancelling doesn’t refund the current period — you keep Unlimited until it expires.
What happens after my free trial?
Your selected plan auto-renews at the price shown when you signed up (€1.99, €4.99, or €39.99). Cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends if you don’t want to be charged.
Can I switch plans?
Yes — switch durations any time. Apple handles proration: upgrades kick in immediately and credit you for unused time on the old plan; downgrades take effect at the end of the current period.
Will the price ever go up?
If we ever raise the renewal price of an active subscription, Apple will notify you in advance and require your explicit consent before charging the new price. No consent, no renewal — your Unlimited just ends at the end of the current period and you drop back to the free tier (with the caps).
What about VAT?
Prices shown here and in the app are VAT-inclusive for EU users. Apple collects and remits VAT on our behalf at the rate for your country.
How do refunds work?
Refunds are processed by Apple, not by us directly. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. The full Apple policy is at support.apple.com/en-us/118223.
Where can I buy?
Only inside the iOS app, on the App Store. We don’t sell subscriptions on the website — Apple handles the entire purchase flow.
